* DesignBespokeInsurancePrograms:Tailorpoliciestoclients'specificriskprofilesandbusinessgoals.
* StructureGlobalPolicies:Ensurecompliancewithinternationalregulationsandcomprehensivecoverage.
* HandleComplexPrograms:Manageintricateinsuranceneeds,includingLondonMarketprograms.
* UpsellandCross-Sell:Identifyadditionalopportunitiestoenhanceclientcoverage.
* ShowcaseSectorExpertise:Stayinformedonmarkettrends,legislation,andindustrybestpractices.
* AdviseonRiskMitigation:Offerstrategicguidancebeyondinsurancetomanageoverallrisk.

Experience:
* Atleast3yearsofcommercialinsurancebrokingexperience,preferablyinaSeniorHandler/AdvisororAccountExecutiverole.
* Havingsomeexperiencewithinternationalriskwouldbeadvantageous.
* ExpertiseinkeyinsurancessuchasPublic/ProductsandEmployersLiability,MaterialDamage,BusinessInterruption,Cyber,andProfessionalIndemnity.
* Strongcustomerservicefocusandabilitytotailorexplanationstoclientsnewtoinsurance.
* Confidentinbothvirtualandin-personclientmeetings.
* Skillednegotiatorwithaproactiveapproachtoproblem-solving.
* Experiencedinworkingwithdiverseclientbasesandinsuranceneeds.
* CertCIIqualification(minimum).
* Acturisexperienceisaplus.
Salary:
* Negotiable,upto£55,000+Bonus+PMI+Pension
