Responsibilities
* Develop and execute a proactive sales and business development strategy
* Drive corporate, conference and group bookings
* Manage and grow key local and national accounts
* Identify new revenue streams and partnership opportunities
* Monitor competitor activity and local market trends
* Represent the hotel at networking events and trade shows
* Deliver budgeted revenue targets and KPIs
Requirements
* Proven experience as a Director of Sales or Senior Sales Manager within a branded hotel
* Strong knowledge of the Blackburn / Lancashire corporate market
* Track record of achieving and exceeding revenue targets
* Confident negotiator with strong relationship-building skills
* Commercially astute, proactive and results-driven
