Monarch Education are working with a welcoming primary school in Castle Bromwich who are seeking a qualified and experienced Level 3 Teaching Assistant to support pupils within the Early Years setting, with a strong focus on Special Educational Needs (SEN). This is a full-time role supporting young learners at a crucial stage in their development, helping to build strong foundations both academically and socially. The Role You will work closely with Early Years pupils, providing 1:1 and small group support, particularly for children with additional needs. Alongside this, you will support general classroom learning, helping to create a nurturing, inclusive and engaging environment. Key Responsibilities Support Early Years pupils with SEN Deliver targeted interventions to support development and learning Assist with phonics, communication and early learning activities Adapt resources to meet individual needs Promote positive behaviour and emotional development Work closely with the class teacher and SENCO Essential Requirements - Apply Only If You Meet All Criteria Level 3 qualification in Education (e.g. Teaching Assistant, Supporting Teaching & Learning or equivalent) Proven experience working within an Early Years or primary school setting in the UK Experience supporting pupils with SEN, particularly in Early Years Ability to clearly evidence all qualifications and experience in your CV Applications that do not meet these criteria will not be considered.
