Overview

In this role you will maximise sales and profit in store while ensuring the very highest standards of presentation and customer service. Your aim will be to make your store the best in town, for customers to visit and for your colleagues to work in.
You're an experienced people manager; you are creative and resourceful and can use this to generate customer, donor and colleague loyalty. You will need to be well organized with great communication skills to lead your team in-store to maximise sales and profit and meet your store's targets.

Responsibilities
* Lead and develop store team to maximise sales and profit and meet store targets.
* Ensure the highest standards of presentation and customer service in-store.
* Support fundraising objectives and donor engagement as part of the retail operation.
* Maintain effective communication with staff and stakeholders to ensure smooth store operation.
Qualifications & Requirements
* Experience as a people manager with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
* Excellent organizational and communication skills.
