Are you passionate about sports and providing excellent customer service? As a Retail Customer Service Manager at Entain, you will be a key part of our team, delivering outstanding service and maintaining high standards in our Ladbrokes & Coral betting shops. Your role involves serving customers, building rapport, and encouraging repeat business.
Responsibilities include:
* Delivering exceptional customer service
* Promoting safer gambling
* Taking bets on various sports and events
* Processing transactions and handling cash
* Demonstrating products and betting terminals
* Resolving customer complaints empathetically
* Achieving targets and maintaining shop standards
* Opening and closing the shop as a key holder
Working patterns:
Availability from Monday to Friday 5pm - 10pm, and weekends 8am - 10pm, including bank holidays. Rota varies weekly, with shifts including long opening and closing hours, and shorter evening shifts. Rota is provided at least four weeks in advance to support work-life balance.
Qualifications:
* Must be 18 or over
* Passion for customer service
* Strong communication skills
* Self-motivated and proactive
* Ability to work independently and in teams
* Calm and professional in challenging situations
