The Role:
We are looking for a hardworking and organised project coordinator to join our small team, you will be responsible for managing a wide variety of creative-led projects from initial brief to completion.
The role offers the opportunity for travel, both within the UK and overseas, and the wide range of projects means you will be continuously presented with fresh and varied challenges.
The role will involve managing multiple projects simultaneously so requires someone who is detail-oriented, has excellent time management skills and is confident communicating with clients and suppliers alike.
Typical projects can include; exhibition stands & events, office interiors, brand development, logo design, presentations, websites, animations & video and marketing collateral.
Candidate:
This role will suit a good communicator, someone who is practically minded and able to solve problems quickly, calmly and efficiently. The ability to work well under pressure while maintaining attention to detail and accuracy, is key.
The ideal candidate will have some design knowledge and will understand marketing, but in-house training and development will be provided, so you should be willing and prepared to learn from the existing team of senior account and project managers.
Responsibilities:
-Briefing projects into design teams, liaison with clients to get final approvals and delivery of final assets.
-Planning & management of project timelines and milestones.
-Preparation of sales quotes and assisting with pitch presentations.
-Progress tracking of managed projects inhouse.
-Proof reading and detail checking.
-Development and management of project budgets.
-Coordinating / managing on-site project installations including pre-site preparation such as completing necessary paperwork, requesting work passes / permits etc.
-Supplier sourcing and management, including maintaining existing supplier relationships.
-Obtaining and negotiating costs with suppliers.
-Managing inhouse project workflows and filing systems, ensuring all digital files and records are up-to-date and maintained accurately.
-Placing of orders and managing production schedules.
-Providing team support across the business as required.
-Assisting account managers as required.
Requirements:
* Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple, varied projects at one time, prioritise tasks and meet deadlines.
* Excellent communication skills, in person, over the phone and via email.
* High attention to detail.
* Good knowledge of MS365 including Outlook, Word, Excel and PPT.
* Knowledge of Google Suite is an advantage.
* Ability to understand technical working drawings and plans would be an advantage.
* Knowledge and or experience of digital applications (e.g. website management) would be an advantage.
* Willingness to travel within the UK and overseas.
* Full UK driving licence.
Pay: £24,000 - £30,000 per year
Job type: Permanent, full time
Monday – Friday 9:00 - 5:30pm (with some out of hours / weekend working required)
Office location: MK44 3DB
Office based role, reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work required
Hybrid / home working not available for this position
