Finance Manager required for a £15m turnover business

Your new role This is a pivotal moment for the organisation. You’ll work closely with the CEO, Senior Management Team, and Board of Trustees to guide our financial recovery and ensure long-term sustainability. Your work will directly support the continuation of essential health services across the city.The roleAs Finance Manager, you will lead the charity’s financial management and play a central role in strengthening their financial resilience. You will:
* Lead financial management - ensuring sound, timely, and accurate financial processes during a period of organisational change.
* Support governance and accountability - working with the CEO and Trustees to maintain strong financial oversight.
* Produce clear financial reporting - preparing reports and insights for the Board alongside the CEO.
* Oversee the Finance Assistant - providing guidance and quality assurance (day-to-day line management sits with the Operations Manager).
* Contribute to organisational recovery - helping shape decisions that will safeguard the charity’s long-term sustainability.
