Hr Business Partner (Human Resources)
Location: Warwick, CV34 4UL
Start Date: ASAP
Contract Duration: 6+ Months
Working Hours: Mon - Fri, 09:00 - 17:00, 37 Hours per week
Pay Rate: £ 24.23 Per Hour
Job Responsibilities
* Act as a strategic partner to the business, aligning HR strategies with organizational goals.
* Provide expert advice and guidance on HR policies and procedures to management and staff.
* Lead and manage employee relations issues, ensuring compliance with legal and organizational standards.
* Collaborate with department heads to identify workforce needs and develop recruitment strategies.
* Facilitate training and development programs to enhance employee skills and performance.
* Manage performance appraisal processes and support managers in addressing performance issues.
* Analyze HR data and metrics to inform decision-making and improve HR practices.
* Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations.
Person Specifications
Must Have
* Proven experience in a similar HR role, preferably as an HR Business Partner.
* Strong knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practices.
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
* Ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
* Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
* Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure.
Nice to Have
* CIPD qualification or equivalent.
* Experience working in the public sector.
* Proficiency in HR software and systems.
* Experience in organizational development and change management.
