A highly regarded specialist corporate firm is looking to appoint a Corporate Associate or Senior Associate to play a key role in its growing Bristol practice. Known for advising ambitious founders, investors and growth businesses, the firm has a strong presence across energy, sports and financial services.
You'll work closely with entrepreneurial clients on high‐quality, deal‐driven matters, with real responsibility and visibility within the team. The role includes:
* M&A transactions
* Private equity and venture capital investments
* Shareholder agreements and joint ventures
* Strategic corporate and growth advisory work

* England & Wales qualified solicitor
* 4–8 PQE Corporate Solicitor with strong transactional experience
