The Millside Centre is looking for a friendly and organised Volunteer Admin Assistant to support the smooth running of their community services. This is a great opportunity to gain office experience, build confidence and contribute to a valued community hub.

Main Responsibilities
•Provide a warm, professional welcome as the first point of contact for centre users, partners and stakeholders, supporting reception, hospitality and general enquiries.
•Carry out a wide range of administrative and IT tasks, including data entry, filing, ordering supplies, managing documents and supporting room hire processes.
•Assist with basic finance duties such as invoicing, recording payments, petty cash coordination.
•Support the delivery of Millside Centre projects.
Essential Skills
•Good communication skills - oral and written
•Some knowledge of Health & Safety, Safeguarding procedures
•A passion for serving others and willing to follow Millside Centre Values
Desirable Skills
•GCSE English and Maths at Grade C or above
•Experience of working directly with community groups in a paid or voluntary capacity
•Ability to prioritise and manage your own workload
•Excellent organisational and administrative skills
•Good IT skills and the experience of using a range of operational systems
