Sales Enrolment Specialist Brighton Office (On-site) | £26,000 Commission Full-time | Permanent | Monday–Friday Help students take the next step in their future. As a Sales Enrolment Specialist, you’ll be at the forefront of that mission—supporting prospective students through the application and enrolment journey, and helping them begin ife-changing online degree programmes with our university partners. What you'll be doing Deliver personal new enrolment sales targets to meet or exceed university partners’ budget goals. Manage the student pipeline and lifecycle from initial inquiry, student application and admission through payment and enrolment, using established procedures and appropriate influencing skills in line with sales enrolments KPI and SLA's Follow up on assigned lead opportunities effectively and efficiently to maximise likelihood of quality students enrolling on a university course. Provide students’ appropriate guidance, advice and motivation to enrol in a selected partner university’s program. Communicate with prospective students via call, email, and WhatsApp to ensure the most positive student experience, including promptness of communication and responsiveness. Follow defined enrolment management processes with an impeccable follow through and utilization of available tools and resources. Utilise business tools to effectively track each interaction and progression of all leads. Work as part of a team identifying issues and clearing blockers, escalating where appropriate to continuously improve the customer journey and business processes. To work flexibly across the department, cross covering for colleagues as required To undertake any other responsibilities relevant to the role, or reasonably requested by the Enrolment Manager What we’re looking for Experience in a contact centre and sales environment Experience of working in an omni-channel, fast-paced environment, with high outbound call volumes would be beneficial.
