Partner with the best: In this role, as a Controls Engineer you will designing rotating equipment control system using PRISMIC products and various OEM’s PLC’s and IED’s. As a Controls Engineer, you will be responsible for: Leading the design of rotating machines and their auxiliary control systems. Reviewing electrical and control circuit designs and provide detailed markups to the drawing office team. Developing detailed test specifications for both hardware and software testing. Programming PLCs using various OEM software to meet functional requirements. Creating configuration files for IEDs using multiple OEM tools. To be successful in this role you will: Have proven experience in designing control equipment for electrical power systems, machinery, and process control applications. Have experience in PLC/DCS programming and configuring controllers/IEDs; Codesys knowledge is desirable. Have the ability to interpret and design electrical circuit diagrams. Have knowledge of software-based microsystems/control systems and communication protocols such as Modbus TCP; IEC 61850 and digital substation experience is desirable.
