Reporting to the Marketing Manager, you’ll play a key role within the UK & EU Marketing and Innovation team, supporting the development and execution of brand and category strategies.
Exciting opportunity for a commercially minded marketer who enjoys working collaboratively in a cross-functional organization and bringing products to life from idea through to launch and beyond.
Responsibilities:
* Support the planning and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels Assist in the development and delivery of marketing activities from concept through to launch and evaluation
* Analyse customer insights, competitor activity, and market trends to identify opportunities
* Support brand strategy, campaign planning, and performance tracking
* Track budgets and support effective spend allocation across marketing activities
* Partner cross-functionally to ensure smooth delivery of campaigns across all teams
Key Skills & Experience:
* Minimum 2 years’ marketing experience (FMCG desirable)
* Strong interest in generalist marketing - ambitious and eager to learn
* Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and market insights
* Able to support marketing strategies and translate them into effective campaigns
* Strong collaborative working skills, with the ability to work cross-functional teams
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic and high-energy environment
* Strong project management, organisational, and communication skills
* Highly organised, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple priorities
