NARS Team Leader reports to: Area Sales & Education Manager NARS. Job location: Selfridges, Trafford Centre Manchester. Contract type: Permanent, 37.5 hours per week over 5 days. Hourly rate: £13.90. Mission: NARS inspires self-expression, creativity and artistry—bringing high-fashion, high-style and forward thinking to beauty. As a Supervisor on the counter, you will lead with passion for artistry and service, motivating the team to deliver a successful business and strong customer engagement.

Main Responsibilities
Leading by example, you will engage customers through the brand history and high-performance formulas to secure brand loyalty for NARS and for you as an Artist. You will coach and support management in developing the team and drive sales targets. You will have tools and training to deliver in coaching, artistry and customer service, taking accountability when the manager is not present. As a NARS Artist and Team Leader you will influence client experience and ensure daily commitments are met.
Profile
* Experience in supervising a team
* Strong experience in artistry, ideally with a qualification
* Ability to communicate effectively with a team and lead
* Ability to drive KPIs and sales targets
* Excellent customer service skills
* Experience in coaching and developing others
