The Role
As a Service Advisor, youll be responsible for:
1. Greeting customers and providing a welcoming first impression
2. Booking appointments, managing diaries, and organising the daily schedule
3. Handling phone calls, email enquiries, and customer queries
4. Preparing job cards and ensuring paperwork is completed accurately
5. Communicating with technicians and updating customers on progress
6. Taking payments and issuing invoices
7. Maintaining a tidy, well-presented reception area
