As a Customer Service Specilaist, you will be:
Managing customer accounts and supporting contract renewals
Handling inbound/outbound calls with professionalism and care
Creating quotes, processing orders, and maintaining accurate records
Supporting field engineers with scheduling and updates
Logging and resolving customer issues with a calm, solutions-focused approach
As a Customer Service Specilaist, your skills and experience will include:
At least 2 years’ experience in a frontline customer service role
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
A calm, logical approach to problem-solving
Comfortable using Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams)
Experience with SAP B1 is a bonus, but not essential
