Key Responsibilities Manage the full 360 recruitment lifecycle, from business development to candidate sourcing, interviewing, placement, and post-placement follow-up
Build and maintain strong client relationships, understanding their hiring needs and providing market insights
Source and screen candidates for technical roles (SAP, ERP, CRM, DevOps, Java, Cloud, Digital, Blockchain, etc.)
Negotiate offers and manage the end-to-end placement process
Meet and exceed agreed KPIs and revenue targets
Requirements Minimum 12 months 360 recruitment experience (tech recruitment preferred)
Ability to commute toCentral Londondaily
Keen to learn and specialise in thetech market
Highly motivated, target-driven, and eager to succeed
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
Whats On Offer Competitive base salary (£27,000 £32,000 DOE) +uncapped commission
