Job Summary
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Business Change Officer within the Health Boards Digital and Data Directorate. CTMUHB is an integrated, progressive and ambitious organisation that is delivering a major digital programme of change to transform healthcare for our patients and citizens. The role is part of the Digital Transformation team, working on projects that build on your current skills and experience while offering opportunities for personal and professional development. You will work closely with a wide range of stakeholders across the health board, other NHS organisations and suppliers. Remote working is not possible; the role requires on‑site presence across the CTMUHB footprint.
Responsibilities
* Provide business change support to implement digital systems and ensure the highest standards of business needs are met by the systems implemented.
* Facilitate change management within the services in scope to ensure that the benefits are achieved.
* Work with clinicians and non‑clinicians when implementing systems and facilitate change work as required.
* Ensure effective communication takes place with end users.

Qualifications
* Educated to degree level or equivalent qualification.
* Strong capability in using Microsoft applications.
* Knowledge and experience of business change management.
* Excellent communication skills.
* Enthusiastic and motivated.
* Demonstrate a good understanding of business change and implementation in a project environment.
* Demonstrate ability to prioritise workload.

Welsh Skills (Desirable)
Level 3 Speaking/Listening (or B1 Level for adult learners). No requirement to be fluent or to produce long reports in Welsh; simple conversations with patients are sufficient.
