Our client is seeking an experienced Engineering Surveyor to support a major earthworks and civil engineering project on HS2 in Oxfordshire. You will play a key role in collecting and processing accurate survey data, setting out works with precision, and ensuring quality standards are upheld across the site. Working closely with senior team members, you will help drive efficiency, accuracy and innovation throughout the project lifecycle. As Engineering Surveyor, you will: * Collect survey field data, process results and issue deliverables in agreed formats * Ensure all site tolerances are achieved throughout operations * Produce as-built drawings and records using survey-specific software * Liaise and assist the Senior Surveyors, Senior Management and Engineers to ensure all information is accurate and up to date * Set out works accurately using GPS or Total Station equipment Our client requires an Engineer Surveyor with: * Previous experience in a similar role in land surveying and civil engineering projects. * Strong IT capability and proficiency in survey applications (LSS, Trimble Business Centre, Trimble Works Manager, Propeller, AutoCAD, Excel) * Previous experience using Topcon and Trimble equipment * A valid UK driving licence (essential) Salary/Benefits: * £40,000 – £50,000 * Paid subsistence * Use of company vehicle * Contributory pension scheme * Ongoing CPD and professional development support * Training towards CICES membership and other relevant industry qualifications If you would like more information, or to apply for this vacancy, please contact Lloyd Barham on (phone number removed).
