Job Title: Receptionist / Administrative Assistant
Hours: 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM (Monday to Friday)

Overview:
We are seeking a reliable and professional Receptionist / Administrative Assistant to manage our calls and provide essential administrative support. This is a key customer-facing role that ensures smooth daily operations, excellent first impressions, and efficient office management.
Key Responsibilities:
Reception Duties:
* Greet and welcome visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
* Answer, screen, and direct incoming calls and emails.
* Maintain reception area tidiness.
* Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
Administrative Support:
* Maintain office supplies and place orders when needed.
* Assist with filing, data entry, and document preparation.
* Schedule appointments, meetings, and conference room bookings.
* Support basic bookkeeping, invoicing, or expense tracking.
* Liaise with vendors, clients, and team members to ensure smooth communication.
Skills & Qualifications:
* Previous experience as a receptionist, administrative assistant, or similar role.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and general office software.
* Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
* Professional appearance and demeanor.
* Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
