The Role As an International Sales Administrator, you will support the International Sales Department with export order processing and documentation. You will be responsible for processing export orders from receipt to delivery, ensuring compliance with shipping regulations, and maintaining accurate documentation and schedules. Liaising with internal departments and freight forwarders, you will coordinate order progress and help ensure goods are delivered on time. You will also support the UK Sales Department during busy periods. Additionally, you will: - Enter data on internal export systems (Spex and Bliss training to be provided) - Maintain accurate order and customer information - Prepare and update shipping documentation and tariffs - Complete customs formalities and proof of shipments About You To be considered as an International Sales Administrator, you will need: - Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Outlook - A confident, enthusiastic and professional telephone manner Experience in the manufacturing shipping sector with a worldwide client base would be advantageous but is not essential.
