Responsibilities:
Drive awareness, acquisition, and retention across D2C channels, supporting multi-channel campaigns and coordinating internal teams and agency partners.
Assist with paid media campaigns on Meta and Google, including creative asset support, ad copy, and performance tracking to improve ROI.
Manage organic social channels, create content, engage with the community, and contribute fresh ideas to boost reach and loyalty.
Support email and SMS marketing using Klaviyo, including campaign setup, segmentation, A/B testing, copywriting, and optimisation of automated customer journeys.
Produce on-brand copy for digital ads, social posts, emails, and website content, while tracking and reporting key performance metrics to identify growth opportunities.
What you will need:
2 to 4 years' experience in marketing roles, ideally within D2C or eCommerce brands
Solid knowledge of paid and organic social media platforms including Meta, TikTok, and Google Ads
Practical experience with Klaviyo and basic analytics tools such as Google Analytics and Meta Ads Manager
Strong writing and communication skills with excellent attention to detail
Self-motivated, organised, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, with a bonus for interest in health, fitness, and nutrition
