The Service Co-Ordinator serves as a key point of contact for clients while coordinating a team of service engineers, managing schedules, and handling changing priorities.
Efficiently plan and schedule service engineers, ensuring accurate job reports and certifications are promptly issued to clients.
* Prepare client quotations and develop RAMS for projects.
* Perform administrative tasks such as generating management reports and assisting the Service Director with internal and external audits.
As the Service Co-Ordinator, you will bring a proven track record of success in a similar role, with exceptional organisational and multitasking abilities.
Business Admin level 3 or equivalent.
* 2-3 years proven experience within a Construction or Building Services environment is essential.
* Proficient in using scheduling and CRM software
