About this Role
As a Business Development Manager within Dawsongroup Temperature Control Solutions, you will play a key role in growing hire revenue and building long term customer relationships across your allocated postcode area. This role may also suit an experienced sales executive or area sales professional looking to deepen their impact within asset rental and temperature control.
* Win new hire orders through proactive customer visits and business development activity
* Grow revenue and profitability by identifying opportunities across temperature control solutions
* Manage and develop key accounts to maximise customer satisfaction and repeat business
* Present tailored quotations and solutions that meet customer needs
* Act as a local ambassador for Dawsongroup and its wider service offering
About You
You are commercially minded, comfortable building relationships, and motivated by converting conversations into results. You enjoy working with customers, spotting opportunities, and taking ownership of your area.
* Previous business development or sales experience, ideally within a B2B environment
* Confident communicating with a wide range of customers and stakeholders
* Organised, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple opportunities
* Curious and open minded, always looking for better ways to support customers
