Associate - Residential Property (Solicitor / Legal Executive)

Contract: Full-time, Permanent
Full Remuneration Package: £60,000-£90,000 DOE
The Role
You will manage your own caseload of high-quality residential property matters, including:
* High-value freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
* Transactions involving listed buildings and large parcels of land
* Complex and time-sensitive matters
* Acting for high-net-worth individuals and repeat clients
You will also:
* Build and maintain strong client relationships
* Play a key role in the continued growth of the team
* Support junior team members where appropriate
* Contribute to business development and networking initiatives
About You
* Qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive
* Ideally 2+ PQE (or equivalent experience)
* Experience handling high-value or complex residential transactions
* Strong client care and communication skills
* Commercially aware with an interest in business development
* Ambitious and keen to progress within a growing team
