Key Responsibilities:
* Lead the day-to-day operations of a high-profile venue
* Ensure seamless coordination and execution of events and services
* Manage and develop on-site teams, driving high performance and engagement
* Maintain compliance with all contractual, safety, and hygiene standards
* Monitor budgets, control costs, and report on operational performance
* Build strong client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction
* Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and service innovation
* Act as a brand ambassador for Compass Group and Restaurant Associates
The Ideal Candidate Will:
* Be an experienced operations or hospitality manager with a strong service ethos
* Possess excellent leadership and communication skills
* Have a keen eye for detail and operational efficiency
* Be highly organised, proactive, and adaptable under pressure
* Demonstrate integrity, professionalism, and a customer-first attitude
* Understand health & safety, HR, and compliance requirements
* Be confident in managing budgets, KPIs, and team performance
