The Role
You will:

Lead mobilisation planning across multiple venues

Manage live operational delivery throughout the event

Oversee staffing, scheduling, and service performance
*
Act as the senior on-site lead for stakeholders

Coordinate multi-team operations in dynamic environments

Resolve operational challenges quickly and effectively
*
Ensure seamless demobilisation and contract close-down
