Key Responsibilities:
* Support customers throughout the entire process from start to finish
* Handle all incoming queries professionally and efficiently
* Communicate delays, changes, and delivery information clearly to relevant teams and customers
* Manage product availability and coordinate dispatch with operations and transport teams
* Process return requests and ensure accurate records
* Manage administration for bookings
* Update systems with delivery, return, and stock details following inspections
* Respond to queries from other team working collaboratively to ensure smooth operations
Skills, Experience, and Training Requirements:
* Strong communication skills
* Highly organised with good attention to detail
* A team player with the ability to stay calm under pressure
* Comfortable managing multiple tasks and prioritising workloads
* Problem-solving mindset with a proactive attitude
* Good IT skills and confidence using order systems
