About Our Opportunity
As an Instructions Co-ordinator (Appointments), you will be responsible for ensuring Onebright clients receive smooth and efficient access to services. You will work closely with our clinical, network and operational teams in matching clients to therapists within strict timescales ensuring that all stakeholders are kept informed of progress and you maintain up to date records on our systems.
What We Need From You
* Minimum 1 years admin ideally with experience of receiving and making telephone calls on a regular basis.
* Effective communicator, ability to manage difficult conversations with clients .
* IT literacy is vital so knowledge of Microsoft packages and other customer management systems an advantage
