Permanent Sales Associate – Part Time
Our Sales Associates help our customers celebrate life and express love by offering outstanding service and product expertise.
Responsibilities
- Maintain store performance and meet sales targets.
- Build and demonstrate knowledge of new products and product lines.
- Engage with customers, answering enquiries and offering appropriate jewellery, watches and gifts.
- Create memorable customer experiences and assist with special occasions.
Qualifications
- Passion for customer service and a positive, “can‑do” attitude.
- Strong communication skills and natural ability to strike up conversations with a diverse range of customers.
- Interest in jewellery and an eagerness to learn about products and brands – prior jewellery experience is not required.
- Business casual dress code and willingness to showcase personal style in a professional environment.
