Oversee the operation of two Contact Centres to ensure efficient and effective service delivery. Work collaboratively with partner agencies to support the best outcomes for children and families. Contribute to the Senior Management Team, promoting continuous learning, reflection, and innovation. Implement Bromley Council’s transformation programme and support the ‘Making Bromley Even Better’ objectives. Ensure services are delivered in line with Council values, behaviours, and standards of excellence. Support staff development and maintain a diverse and inclusive working environment.
