Job Description
* Manage and convert wedding and special event enquiries, maximising revenue opportunities in line with business targets
* Develop bespoke proposals and packages tailored to individual client needs, ensuring a luxury and personalised approach
* Build strong relationships with clients, acting as their main point of contact from enquiry through to event delivery
* Conduct site visits and showcase the property with professionalism and attention to detail
* Negotiate contracts, manage budgets, and ensure all event details are accurately documented
* Collaborate closely with operational teams including Events, F&B, Front Office, Golf, Wellness and Reservations to ensure seamless execution
* Oversee event planning timelines, ensuring all client requirements and deadlines are met
* Attend and support the delivery of key weddings and special events, ensuring exceptional guest experiences
* Proactively generate new business through networking, partnerships, and market awareness
* Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth
* Maintain accurate records within CRM and sales systems, including forecasts and reports
* Represent the hotel at wedding fairs, showcases, and promotional events
* Uphold brand standards in all client interactions, ensuring a consistently high level of service and presentation
Qualifications
* Proven experience in weddings, events sales, or luxury hospitality sales management
* Strong commercial awareness with a track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets
* Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple events simultaneously
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with a confident and professional approach
* Experience using CRM systems, sales platforms, or hotel PMS
* Strong attention to detail and a passion for delivering high-quality, personalised experiences
* Ability to build lasting client relationships and deliver outstanding customer service
* Professional personal presentation aligned with luxury brand standards
* Flexible and adaptable, with the ability to work evenings and weekends as required
* A genuine passion for weddings, events, and luxury hospitality
