The Role
Welcoming patients and delivering outstanding customer service
Conducting screening eye health checks
Facilitating a seamless transition to the optometrist
Dispensing glasses and offering guidance on lens and frame selections
Adjusting and repairing spectacles
Instructing on contact lens handling and care
Assisting with general administrative tasks
