Job Title: Systems Training Officer

Salary Range: £40, per annum

Our client, a dynamic and forward-thinking public sector organisation, is seeking two Systems Training Officers to join their team. As a Systems Training Officer, you will play an essential role in assisting services to maximise the effectiveness of their line of business applications. If you are passionate about training and have a keen eye for detail, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Prepare course curriculum, agenda, and training resources for formal and informal training sessions.
2. Develop training materials, online resources, and videos to support ongoing learning and process mapping.
3. Drive systems use and ensure compliance with established policies, procedures, and standards.
4. Provide classroom-based training or one-to-one coaching based on training needs.
5. Report regularly on training progress and coverage to target future sessions effectively.
Key Requirements:
6. Experience in delivering training and developing training materials.
7. Strong knowledge of line of business applications and data compliance.
8. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
9. Ability to work independently and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
10. Flexibility to occasionally work evenings for resident training.
