UK & Europe Head of Sales - Industrial Engineering SolutionsHead of Sales is required to join a global engineering manufacturer. This is a frontline senior sales and sales leadership role at Sales Director / Head of Sales level. An engineering and strategic solutions sales background in an industrial sector such as Oil & Gas, hydraulics, process sector is essential.The company designs and manufactures fluid management solutions which are engineered-to-order and form the basis-of-design.Requirements: 10+ years of engineering sales and sales management experience.Salary to £130K + 30% bonus + car allowanceThe RoleSetting and executing commercial strategy for the region, collaborating with global teamsLead sales team, coach, develop and mentor to successProactively selling engineered solutions as the basis-of-designLead business development into mechanical contractors, consultants, OEMs throughout UK and Central EuropeExtensive travel UK and internationallyRequirementsDegree or HNC in EngineeringSales experience at a senior and technical level for high-value projects e.g.
