The Manager will own high-value workstreams, typically generating around £2m of impact for clients. Responsibilities include providing strategic oversight, aligning KPIs with organisational goals, and leading a small team of consultants to deliver measurable results quickly.
Role Highlights
* Lead and mentor up to four consultants, combining analytical rigour with on-site delivery
* Translate organisational goals into KPIs and governance structures that sustain performance improvement
* Partner with client stakeholders at operational and senior management levels to overcome barriers
* Shape progress updates to ensure senior stakeholder alignment and engagement
* Identify risks early and work with programme leadership to maintain delivery momentum
You Will Need
* A strong consulting background with success in delivering transformation across sectors such as defence, infrastructure, retail, manufacturing, government, or healthcare
* Experience in direct line management and team capability building
* Ability to build trust and credibility with senior executives and sponsors
* Analytical expertise and resilience to tackle complex, ambiguous challenges
* Willingness to travel and work on client sites across the UK
