We have a great opportunity for an experienced Continuous Improvement Manager to join us and take accountability for the change management for process improvement and driving continuous improvement methodology. Main Responsibilities To use Value Stream Mapping techniques to identify waste and implement future state improvement plans. To use SMED methodology to improve internal / external activity ratio to reduce changeover times. To support 5s activities through workshops and Kaizen events. To drive the employee Kaizen improvement system to help drive a positive inclusive culture of improvement. To apply (and train employees) Root Cause Analysis to improve customer quality (internal & external). Work closely with supply chain team & kitting to improve OTIF, RFT & Kanban possibilities. Carry out regular process time study analysis to support line balancing & achieve Takt Time. To analyse company processes and procedures to drive improvement strategies. To support the company with shop floor data collection systems and maintenance of the process. To run Kaizen workshops to support business improvement initiatives. Education / Qualifications: Qualified to Level 4 or higher in a Business Improvement framework. Qualified to Level 4 or higher in Leadership. Knowledge and Experience: Experience in change management. Able to run Kaizen workshops / training. Shopfloor data management systems. Six sigma green belt level. Competencies: Value Stream Mapping: current and future state experience SMED. 5 years in CI role within manufacturing environment. Have excellent problem-solving skills. Able to communicate effectively with all key stakeholders.
