We are currently recruiting for aShot Blasterto join our client team in Kettering.
This is a hands-on role requiring good attention to detail, a strong work ethic, and a commitment to quality and safety.
Key Responsibilities:
* Operate shot blasting machines to clean and prepare metal surface
* Load and unload components safely and efficiently
* Ensuring correct protection is applied to parts
* Inspect parts before and after blasting to ensure quality standards are met
* Identify surface defects and report issues to supervisors
* Deal with any waste products in line with Company guidelines
* Ensure extractors, doors and all other work equipment are working correctly
* Follow health & safety procedures at all times
* Maintain a clean and organized work area
* Meet production targets and deadlines
Skills, Experience & Requirements:
1. Previous experience in aproduction or manufacturing environmentpreferred
2. Good attendance and timekeeping
3. Self-motivated with a strong attention to detail
