The Opportunity: Residential Property Paralegal This firm has built a strong reputation for its conveyancing and residential property work, acting for buyers, sellers, developers and investors across the South West and nationally. As a Paralegal or Legal Assistant, you'll play a key role in supporting a team of expert property lawyers and fee earners on all aspects of the conveyancing process. Key Responsibilities: Assist with the management of residential conveyancing transactions including freehold, leasehold, remortgages and transfers of equity Liaise with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders and third parties Handle post-exchange and post-completion matters Maintain accurate and up-to-date case files Provide administrative support to senior fee earners and solicitors in the property department Communicate effectively with clients both verbally and in writing What You'll Need Previous experience working in a conveyancing or residential property legal team Minimum of 12 months in a Paralegal or Legal Assistant role within a property department Good understanding of the conveyancing process from instruction to completion Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills Confident working independently and as part of a team A proactive, client-focused mindset What’s on Offer?
