Our client, a global manufacturing organisation, based in Belfast, have a requirement for Manufacturing Engineers to work with their manufacturing teams and ensure that products are delivered to meet costs, quality & schedule.
Candidates should have 5+ years experience of:
1. Cost reduction engineering
2. Transfer of work instructions
3. work modifications
4. leading innovation & change management;
5. Planning and alignment of build process
6. experience of leading new product development;
7. experience of dealing with & leading internal & external vendors;
8. Creation of Visual work instructions, BOM & standard hour estimations
9. experience of design liaison, assisting & leading production teams;
10. Attend and contribute to MRB meetings;
11. Budgeting;
