Based in Rutherglen and Cambuslang, our fabulous team is seeking person-centred individuals with a calm and understanding nature to join us as Support Practitioners.
Our Learning and Development team will provide comprehensive training and the opportunity to complete a fully funded SVQ.
Having a driver’s license is preferred but not essential.
The Role
We have both part-time and full-time positions available. To be an effective Support Practitioner, you should:
* Have experience in a care setting
* Be knowledgeable about care plans
* Possess an empathetic and caring nature
* Have excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Be confident in using computers
* Work well independently and in a team
* Have good organisational skills
