We are recruiting a Field Care Supervisor to support our St Helens branch, playing a key role in delivering high-quality care and supporting our care teams.
Your Role & Responsibilities:
* First Point of Contact Represent Yes Care Services as the first staff member to visit new Service Users, conducting full assessments of tasks and risks
* Care Planning Develop detailed, person-centered care plans to meet individual needs
* Team Support Work closely with the office Care Coordinator to ensure smooth service delivery
* Quality Assurance Carry out spot checks, observations, and staff mentoring to uphold the highest care standards
* Emergency Cover Provide hands-on care when required, covering for emergencies, short-term needs, and staff absences
* On-Call Support Participate in our out-of-hours rota (1 in 4 weekends & 1 night per weekday)
