💷 What You’ll Earn
* ÂŁ21,000 base salary (company guarantees your earnings at 25,000pa for the first 3 months)
* Realistic OTE up to ÂŁ60,000
* Weekly team incentives (because hard work should be rewarded!)

🎯 What You’ll Be Doing
* Turning warm finance leads into happy customers
* Understanding needs and matching customers to the right deal quickly
* Building relationships with customers, lenders, and dealers
* Managing fast-turnaround sales while delivering a five-star experience
⏰ Working Hours
* Standard shifts: 08:00–17:00
* One late shift per week: 10:00–19:00
* Weekends: 1 in 3 Saturdays (09:00–16:00) and Sundays (10:00–16:00)
