Hotel Restaurant Duty Manager
Join our team at Premier Inn in Gatwick Airport (North Terminal) and lead a high‑performing hotel team.
Location: LGW North Terminal, Horley, Gatwick RH6 0GQ.
Work hours: 35 hours per week – day shift.
Contract: Permanent.
Pay: Up to £13.86 per hour.
What You’ll Do
Lead the hotel team, ensuring smooth operation, health & safety standards, and an exceptional guest experience. Apply your leadership skills from a retail environment, excellent communication, and organisational skills.
Who You’re a Good Fit
Experience managing a retail or other team, strong customer service orientation, and a demonstrated ability to inspire others.
