A leading organisation in the higher education sector is embarking on a major ERP transformation and is seeking a Worktribe Integration Consultant to support the integration of Worktribe with Oracle Fusion Finance .
We're looking for someone with deep expertise in Worktribe who understands the technical, functional, and testing nuances of integrating it with a finance system. This is a critical role within a high-profile transformation programme.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead the integration of Worktribe with Oracle Fusion or similar ERP finance systems
* Collaborate with Finance, IT, and project stakeholders to ensure smooth data and process alignment
* Define, execute, and document test scenarios for all integration points
* Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during testing and post-go-live
* Provide guidance on best practice Worktribe setup, workflows, and integration design
* Support business readiness and cutover planning from a systems perspective
Ideal Candidate:
* Hands-on Worktribe expertise, including configuration and process design
* Experience integrating Worktribe with finance/ERP systems, ideally Oracle Fusion
* Strong understanding of APIs, middleware, and data mapping
* Confident in testing cycles (SIT/UAT) and defect resolution
* Technically proficient, with the ability to translate functional needs into system solutions
* Strong communicator with experience working across business and technical teams
