To provide administration support across all the teams within the Guernsey office. This role can either be a permanent or Fixed Term contract opportunity. Key Responsibilities * Providing administration support across all teams within the Guernsey office * Assist within the compliance area * Assisting in the preparation and distribution of board packs * Assisting in the drafting of Minutes * Arranging meeting rooms, hotels, flights, taxis etc * Posting and reconciliation of daily banking * Assisting in the setup of banking payments in preparation for authorisation * Collection and recording of data in relation to compliance monitoring programmes * Ensuring all correspondence is stored electronically * Providing cover for other staff for holidays, sickness as required Skills, Knowledge and Expertise 1.
