Are you a passionate and dynamic leader seeking to develop and manage a service? This role offers an exciting opportunity within our cross‑country CAMHS service as a Locality Service Manager. You will manage various CAMHS portfolios across Herefordshire and Worcestershire, support the review, development and implementation of quality improvement initiatives, and provide operational leadership alongside senior colleagues and adult mental health teams. You will be based most conveniently for you across the two counties, with travel expectations that are reimbursed through the trusts travel expenses policy.
As a locality service manager you will play a pivotal role in the continued development and expansion of our CAMHS service portfolio, including the Crisis and Home Treatment Team, Eating Disorder Service, Mental Health Support Teams in Schools (WEST) and the Youth Team. Your responsibilities will include supervising clinicians, gathering, analysing, reporting and acting upon data, and ensuring operational excellence in line with clinical leadership.
You must be registered with a professional body, have a demonstrable track record of leadership in CAMHS, and possess operational leadership skills and the ability to manage clinical teams. Evidence of experience in supervising clinicians and handling data‑driven decision making is essential.
We value diversity and encourage applications from people of all backgrounds, cultures, and ethnicities.
