This engineering company manufactures industry leading portable mechanical equipment for the construction, oil & gas, mining and water industries. As a result of continued growth, they are seeking a Regional Sales Manager for Scotland and the North of England to strengthen the team and continue expansion of its existing business.
The purpose of this role is to identify new, & develop existing opportunities targeting sustainable year-on-year growth. Tasks will include;
* Successful development of territory markets with sustainable sales revenue.
* Generating sales orders - active customer engagement & project tracking
* Supporting and tracking activity of other sales team members
* Ownership of customer database
* Customer contact - quotes, technical queries, contract negotiation
* Monthly forecasting
* Regular travel within the UK
