About The Role:
As a Senior KeyAccount Manager you will be responsible for seekingand developing a portfolio of top potential clients in theBrazilian Market. You will join thechallenge of creating tailored learning solutions that helpenterprises and major companies offer unlimited learningpossibilities to their employees and otherstakeholders.
Whatyou will do atODILO:
* Identifyand build a relationship with key accounts (primarily enterprisesand large companies) to deliver the strategic plan in Brazil.
* Participate in the entiresales cycle from generating and prospecting key accounts with highpotential / fit to closing deals and onboarding newclients.
* Exceed the assignedmonthly quarterly and annual salesquotas.
* Accurate Managementof your pipeline and CRM with strong operationaldiscipline.
* Cultivate andmaintain strong relationships with key stakeholders (senior HRexecutives CLevel) in the BrazilianMarket.
* Collaborate closelywith Country Manager Business Development Executives and UnlimitedLearning consultants (CSM) to ensure the successful acquisitionmaintenance and growth of newclients.
* Align productoperations and marketing resources to sustain new and currentclients.
* Utilize innovativeand creative salestactics.
* Present ODILOUnlimited learning solution with a clear value proposition andcompetitiveadvantages.
Theideal candidate willbring:
* Atleast 6 years of experience in selling SaaSbased solutions tocompanies ideally selling to HR and L&Dleaders.
* Passionate aboutlifelong learning; you believe that establishing a lifelonglearning culture in a company will be a critical factor for anycompanys success.
* Goodnetwork within the Brazilian HR community or as a minimum a strongtrack record of quickly buildingnetworks.
* Capable ofestablishing and nurturing Clevel relationships preparing executivepresentations and negotiating highrevenuedeals.
* Excellentconsultative selling communication and presentationskills.
* Prior experience inachieving and surpassing new salesquotas.
* Challenger salesmindset is a must.
* Verystrong operational discipline to keep sales pipeline informationaccurate and up to date in company CRM as well as ensuringfollowups are timelyexecuted.
* Highly organizedindividual with a keen attention to detail and a problemsolvingattitude.
* Brings a huntermentality to the team. Wellorganized and prepared. Able to worktowards cleardeadlines.
