Role Overview
We are seeking a Technology Delivery Manager for an exciting Financial Services Technology Transformation within the Employee, Infrastructure, and Data technology unit on a fixed-term contract until the end of 2025. You will lead the delivery of a large-scale technology transformation project in the financial services sector, collaborating closely with all technology teams.
Candidate Profile
We need a proactive, highly organized Technology Delivery Manager with a proven track record in delivering projects within complex environments. A strategic mindset, excellent stakeholder management, and the ability to drive initiatives to successful completion are essential. Healthcare experience is a bonus, but a passion for delivering rapid change in complex settings is key.
Key Responsibilities
* Practise and embed applicable methodologies such as Scrum, Kanban, Waterfall, etc.
* Deliver projects in a complex technology environment with high change volume, managing multiple priorities and ambiguity.
* Manage multiple simultaneous deliveries effectively.
* Build credibility and maintain strong stakeholder relationships through excellent communication, negotiation, and influencing skills.
* Apply strong analytical and reasoning skills to communicate effectively at all levels.
* Provide operational leadership within the technology transformation.
* Resolve conflicts and foster relationships with internal and external stakeholders to achieve goals.
* Work collaboratively with a focus on delivering outcomes.
* Experience in healthcare and managing Information Governance best practices is beneficial.
